  • Leveraging social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

  • Leveraging our referral base and database for candidates and referrals.

  • Managing the end-to-end solution from sourcing through to placement.

ESTIMATED SEARCH TIMELINES

Every search is different and one of the most frequent questions we get is, how long will the search take?(For the record, our placement record in 5 hours from interview to hire!) Based on our experience and industry averages, a search can take 4-12 weeks.

First 30 days – Attracting and reviewing talent

30-45 days – Presenting candidates and creating shortlists

45-60 days – Client-side interviewing, candidate selection, contract negotiation and reference checks

WHAT DO WE COST

For permanent and executive search, we work in a hybrid retained/contingency model and charge a margin of the candidate’s first year salary. We take a 20% non-refundable deposit to cover the research, sourcing and presentation. This ensures that we are working with partners who are serious about hiring. The balance is due when the candidate is placed. Simple. We also offer 3-6 month guarantees depending on the level of the position. These guarantees ensure that should a candidate leave your organization within the outlined timeline, we offer a one-time replacement fee at no additional cost.

We also offer hourly rates for project-based assignment. Our project minimum is 10 hours.
